Monthly
Figures and Analyses
A
business cannot succeed without financial viability. That may sound obvious.
Yet your accounts are usually made up at the end of your financial year. This takes
time. For a limited company, you have up to nine months to pay any corporation
tax liability. Therefore, almost two years could go by before any analysis is
made. By then, the company could be bankrupt.
Wouldn’t
it be nice to get some warning? That’s what monthly figures provide. They allow
you to see how your business is progressing without the need to wait for the
end of the year, or longer!
Monthly figures also allow you to compare this year’s activity with the same period last year so that you can spot any trends, whether good or bad.
